You've seen it. This is where you shape it.

In the webinar you watched a full working day directed start to finish — the voice note that became a finished, branded proposal, the morning brief waiting before you sat down, the quality check that runs before work leaves your desk. Over the next six weeks you'll shape and direct that same assistant on your own work, for your own practice. The webinar was the view from the summit. The course is the guided climb.

If you already use AI, you know the catch

The morning starts by opening six folders to remember where everything stands. A good meeting becomes an afternoon of compiling and formatting. Every draft gets hand-edited back into your voice — and the next one needs it again. The usage cap runs out mid-task. And your own marketing? It never gets done. The capability is real. The grind is the gap. Directing AI closes it.

Outcomes

Designed for individual professionals — advisers, brokers and consultants — who already use AI and want the next move: from assembling AI's output to directing finished work.

  • Stop assembling AI output — direct finished, client-ready work in your brand and voice

  • Get hours back each week as the compile-and-paste grind moves off your desk

  • Build a practice foundation — your own authentic intelligence — that compounds and gets sharper every week you use it

From chatting to directing

You've been briefing an intern. Helpful — but you brief it from scratch every task, it works to nobody's standards in particular, and you assemble the output by hand. Directing gives you an executive AI assistant we've already upskilled for your work: it knows your practice, holds your standards, runs the workflow itself, and gets sharper every week. Same models underneath — a completely different result, because it carries you. The gap isn't how well you instruct. It's what you're instructing.

What you'll learn

By the end of Directing AI you will be able to:

  • Direct an AI assistant that knows your practice — not prompt a generic chatbot

  • Produce real client deliverables by direction — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF — no copy-paste

  • Teach the assistant your voice once, so it represents you from then on

  • Reach agentic capability by talking — no developer, no wiring, no maintenance project

  • Run a built-in review step that checks work against your own standards before it reaches a client

  • Build and extend your own skills and agentic workflows as your work demands

  • Keep the practice durable and portable as the landscape shifts — your foundation, your files, model-agnostic

What it's worth across your week

Artificial intelligence is everyone's. Authentic intelligence is yours — and it compounds, where scattered AI use quietly costs you. An accelerator, not a magic button: a real step up, then a guided climb.

  • Time back

The assembly grind comes off your desk. A voice note becomes a finished, branded briefing in minutes — and "move the logo to the top right and regenerate" is done before you've finished the sentence.

  • More from one subscription

More finished work per hour, and more of the work only you can do — so you expand your capacity without bringing in help.

  • Quality up

It runs your own checks before the work reaches you, so what you get is more aligned, needs less reviewing, and is less likely to carry an error to a client.

  • Capacity up

More time on your clients, less on admin — and the marketing you never get to falls out of work you've already done.

Testimonials — how our approach has helped professionals

Blown away

Will, Sales Advisor & Educator

Today, I created a new presentation for a workshop, a task that typically takes 1-2 days, but we completed the first draft in just 30 minutes! Then I created a new proposal for a new business opportunity in minutes, and the client was so blown away by the quick turnaround that he signed up straight away!

World Class

Gabrielle, Business Broker

World class. I've learned so much and can now genuinely lift my sales and marketing material.

Moving beyond surface level interactions

Françoise, Brand Marketing Strategist

Since attending your courses, I've experienced this shift firsthand. I love your teaching on moving beyond surface-level AI interactions to truly integrate these tools into our strategic thinking, content development and execution processes. You taught me to stop treating AI as just another tool and start viewing it as a strategic partner that amplifies my expertise rather than replacing it. To anyone considering your courses, I can personally attest to their value.

Worth every penny

Kevin, Business Valuer and Broker

Your work is truly advanced... and worth every penny... it works. I can now tailor my work to very specific industry segments, with specialised analysis tools, and back-end reporting; faster than other firms can draft an expression of interest.

Ready to move from doing the work to directing it?

Directing AI is designed for individual professionals — business advisers, brokers, consultants and professionals who already use AI in their daily work and want to move from chatting to directing. It's the next move for any professional who's hit the ceiling of what the chat box can do for them.

  • Built for your work

An assistant we've already upskilled for brokers, advisers and consultants - you shape it to your workflow over six weeks.

  • No developer required

The agentic capability everyone's chasing, reached by directing in plain language, not by wiring up automations.

  • Yours and portable

Your knowledge in files you own, on your own devices, model-agnostic - a foundation that compounds rather than a tool that goes stale.

FAQ

  • Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe what you want, you can direct it. The course levels up your directing skill, not your coding.

  • Do I need to have done Working with AI?

No. If you're newer to AI, Working with AI is the optional foundations step — take it before or alongside.

  • Is this self-paced or live?

It's live — five weekly Monday sessions plus a hands-on setup session — backed by online materials and practical exercises you can work through in your own time.

  • When does it run?

Five Monday sessions: 13 July, then 27 July, 3, 10 and 17 August, with a hands-on assisted-setup session on 20 July. Sessions run live online.

  • What if I miss a live session?

You won't fall behind — each module's materials and recipes are added to the Academy after the session, and the assisted-setup session doubles as a catch-up for getting set up.

  • What do I need to take part?

A computer and Claude Desktop (we walk you through getting set up in the assisted session). You'll work in your own files on your own device.

  • Which AI model does it use?

Claude — the best platform for this work and where the course starts you. Your foundation is portable, so if a better tool or model comes along you bring your work with you rather than starting over.

  • Will it replace my expertise?

The opposite — it captures and compounds your judgement, and your experience is what makes it safe to direct.

  • What about confidential client work?

An optional privacy add-on lets you work with confidential material without the AI reading who the client is — set up separately for those who need it.
